Welcome To the Whitminster Inn Website

– Now Under New Management –

The Whitminster Inn is set in private grounds totaling some 6 acres, the original building is believed to have been built around 1780. The site has excellent parking facilities and is located close to junction 13 of the M5. Gloucester, Bristol, Stroud, the Forest of Dean and the Cotswolds are all within easy reach.

The Whitminster Inn is now under new management with Louise Hart, Louise has in the hospitality industry for over over 20 years and has previously worked as an Events and wedding coordinator

Louise has worked with her team in different establishments over the years and has now formed her excellent team.

Sarah James, Paige Margrett, Lara Fryer, Nicole Watkins, Lauren Macey, Amy Docherty, Leah Baxter, all part of the restaurant team, With Gary Rickets taking charge of the drinks as Bar Manager. Jonathan Mcduff head chef, with Sous chefs Adrian & Gabriel, Junior commis chef/ KP Pearce Truman and Toby McCormick.

Johnathan has a wealth of experience as a head chef and His creativity and passion food is second to none. He uses all locally sourced food, freshly creates all his dishes on site. 

All of the staff are part of The Whitminster Inn ‘Family Team’
